Our Roots
Büsing, Müffelmann & Theye traces its roots back to attorneys and notaries of 19th century Bremen. The merger between Arthur Büsing’s and Dr. Constantin Frick’s practices in 1960 form the nucleus of today’s partnership. We have offices in four major German cities, namely Bremen, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Munich all of which have particular historical significance in Germany for being a Hanseatic city, the capital and the centre of Germany’s finance and stock exchange.
We support the entrepreneurial objectives of our national and international clients and advise them in all areas of German and EU business law. Our services include providing advice, drafting documentation, negotiating with opponents and authorities as well as representing our clients in all litigious matters.
We do not aspire to be a large multi-national law firm with a large number of offices and attorneys. We prefer to provide individual and personal advice to clients with high expectations and who seek tailor-made solutions for their complex issues, by using our own expertise and in-depth knowledge acquired through individual specializations as well as our international long-standing network of partners.
Our attorneys are members of the supervisory and advisory boards of numerous companies and represent he interests of attorneys in professional associations such as bar associations and their committees.
